Meet Our Team

Julie the salon owner and winner of many hairdressing competitions including bridal colouring and cutting. She has recently completed a years course in ireland doing her masters degree in colour. Julie is now delighted to say she is  the first master in alfaparf colouring in the UK! Julie is also a NVQ assessor and trainer

 Julie was born into hairdressing and her Father brought the salon that she now owns 3 weeks before she was born…. So you could say that Julie has hairdressing running through her veins!!! Julie took over the shop in 2001 when her Father retired!

The shop was originally called “David Peters”. In January 2002 Julie decided that it was time for a face lift for the shop!  it was totally gutted and refurbished and the name was changed to “CHOP AND CHANGE”

Lucie  Junior  stylist 

Lucie  has  worked  in  the  shop  now  for  over  3  years!  Lucie  is  fun, bubbly and always eager  to   learn  new  things !  

Lucie  is  fully  qualified level 1  and  newly  qualified in  level  2  hairdressing.  She  is  looking  forward  to  building  up  her  clientele and  meeting  new  people!

Issie  Salon  assistant 

Issie  has  been  with  us  for  just  over  a  year  now,  and  is  currently working  on  her  level 1  in  college!

Issie  is  eager  to  learn  and  has  just  started  taking  on  models  to  prepare for  her  level 2  next  year!
